FitGrip Return & Refund Policy

At FitGrip, we want you to love every product you purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Defective or Faulty Items

All FitGrip products carry a six-month warranty under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA). If your item is damaged, defective, or not of acceptable quality, you may return it within six months of purchase for a repair, replacement, or refund — at no cost to you.

2. Change of Mind Returns

We understand that sometimes you may change your mind. While not required by law, FitGrip gladly accepts unused and unwashed items returned within 14 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is in its original packaging,
  • All tags and labels are intact, and
  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or your order arrived incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@fitgrip.co.za so we can resolve it quickly.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email support@fitgrip.co.za with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for return
  • Clear photos (if applicable)

We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions and return shipping details.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a product defect or FitGrip error.

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Used or washed towels, socks, or gloves
  • Items not in original condition or packaging
